Producer, creative director, and editor/writer with 8 years of experience. For the past 4 years, I've worked as a producer at Non-Objective, a studio developing conceptual and visual languages, where I was responsible for the entire organizational and communication side of partner (client) projects. Broadly, my work fell into three main areas:
— End-to-end project management: overseeing and managing the internal team from kickoff to release, owning communication and deadlines, working with documentation — Communication: managing communication within the team and externally, with partners as well as with all contractors, guest designers, illustrators, and production companies — Ongoing, consistent process oversight: planning workload and timelines, taking part in developing design and brand strategies/concepts, creative solutions, special projects, and shoots, not only as the overseeing party but with the freedom to actively propose creative ideas and solutions
I have a strong, well-developed eye for design, built through curiosity about the world and close attention to detail.
Some of the case studies:
KIKI — Identity & Design System (Producer) ****Produced the visual identity and collateral for KIKI, a CGI and VFX creative studio, at Non-Objective.

Mill Italian Bistro — Brand Identity (Producer) Produced the visual identity for Mill Italian Bistro at Non-Objective, one of the studio's most-viewed case studies (The Brand Identity about this project)

AUSEI — Identity & Website (Producer) Produced the visual identity, collateral, and website for AUSEI, a fashion brand, at Non-Objective: full-cycle work, from concept to launch.

Street Art Storage — Identity & Design System (Producer) Produced the visual identity for Street Art Storage, an exhibition space and research institution in Petersburg exploring street art.

POP/OFF/ART — Identity & Design System (Producer) Produced the visual identity for POP/OFF/ART gallery at Non-Objective, from concept through to merchandise.

G8 Festival — Identity & Design System (Producer) Produced the visual identity, merchandise, and collateral for G8 Festival, an annual independent international festival bringing together 20+ creative industries in one space.

I understand how design processes work end to end (project kickoff, workshops, which we used instead of a classic brief, developing identities and brand platforms, collateral design, website design, art direction), the psychology of communication, how to find the right language and approach for each person, how to negotiate the seemingly impossible. On average, I ran 15–20 projects in parallel, and I work well under high workload and multitasking.

I'm a systems person at heart, comfortable across a range of task trackers and platforms, with with Notion, FigJam (and Figma more broadly) and Claude as my go-to tools. My English is C1. Writing has always been as central to my work as process: copywriting, editing, naming, and messaging were part of my role at the design studio too.
For a year and a half, I worked as Brand Director at Blízhe (an underwear brand) and Cultura an eyewear brand), handling organizational work (shoots, events, collaborations, special projects, briefs, technical specifications, and procurement) alongside full ownership of social media, conceptual strategy, and overall positioning for both brands.
This past winter, I produced and art-directed the cover art for several podcast releases at Libo/Libo studio: «University» and «Twenty-Somethings», «Not All-Inclusive», «Market of Hope». Last summer, I produced the podcast «Between the Lines of Code» at Tolk studio, writing the script, launching episodes from scratch, and handling documentation. I also edited and translated the latest issue of Grandmama's Print magazine.
I worked as a Creative Project Manager at Winners Agency (2021) and as a Project Manager at Paper Planes agency (2020).
During and after graduating from university (Producing faculty at Moscow Art Theatre School / Shkola-Studio MKhAT, workshop of A. M. Vorobyov), I worked as a producer at the NGO PKO «Studio 711» and in the educational project "Studio" at the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Music Theatre. As part of my work at "Studio 711," I produced the short film «Passing Through», the first street festival of theatrical art «I Can Do That Too!» in Kolomna, and took part in other studio projects.
I worked as a curator and interpreter at international theatre and dance festivals: Golden Mask, St. Patrick's Festival in Dublin, the contemporary choreography festival Context, the contemporary dance festival Dance Inversion, the Operalia competition, the Bravo music award, the Benois de la Dance ballet festival, and the Theatre Art Biennale: Lessons in Directing festival.
I'm looking for new connections, new projects, a great team to help grow the industry with, and a chance to try myself in new roles. It matters to me to be part of the conversation and to push forward projects that reflect my own views and values. Right now, I especially want to work with great people and take on more global-scale projects, one great collaboration at a time.
In my work, I value openness: being able to speak honestly and directly about what's working and what isn't. Results matter to me, but so does enjoying the process, working closely with a team, and being able to rely on them. At the same time, I like taking initiative, solving complex, multi-layered problems, and showing up in different ways: leading wherever I can, while also shaping and refining processes within a team and a company as a whole.
In my free time, I work on personal projects at the intersection of writing, photography, dance, and performance art. Two years ago I did internships at the photo labs View Found and Medium, I dance contemporary dance, and right now I'm building a clothing brand together with a friend. It matters to me to combine attentiveness and understanding with rigor and flexibility: an easy rapport with colleagues, paired with clear, well-run processes.
